We have chosen the most popular model for our price comparison, the PED pedestal model, that is the one with a small foot stand, which sits on top of a unit (not supplied).
So, the prices shown for each Panasonic Viera model should be for the pedestal model. For the TX-26LXD7 the pedestal model is the TX-26LXD7PED. This comes in the form of the flat screen unit, plus the stand, which is fitted to the screen and can be removed if you want to change it later, to wall, or cabinet fitting, or just the screen on its own.
Where merchants have the screen only as their base model, with an optional stand, we have calculated the price of both together, which is what we show, although when you go to the retailer's website, the screen only price will be shown and you will see the option to add the stand.
The screen only version of the TX-26LXD7 is sometimes shown as the TX-26LXD7B, but it may just be shown by some retailers as the TX-26LXD7, so be careful.
